🔒 Your Privacy Matters

RideCalm is designed with privacy at its core. We collect minimal data and never sell your personal information to third parties.

📱 Data Stored on Your Device

Your session history, preferences, and trip logs are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your phone unless you explicitly choose to share it.

📊 Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used in aggregate. This includes anonymous events like session starts and completions. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

💳 Subscriptions

Subscription management is handled by Adapty and Apple's App Store. Payment information is processed by Apple and is never accessible to us.

📍 Location Data

RideCalm does not access or store your location. Motion detection uses only the device accelerometer to detect vehicle movement, not GPS.

📅 Calendar Data

If you grant calendar access, RideCalm checks for upcoming trips to remind you to start a session before travel. Calendar data is read locally and never transmitted to any server.

👶 Children's Privacy

RideCalm does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app can be used by children under parental supervision.

🗑 Data Deletion

Since all personal data is stored locally, deleting the app removes all your data. Analytics data retained by Firebase is anonymous and expires after 14 months.
